How safe is the application?The app doesn’t access any sensitive data stored in a smartphone. The app accesses only the GPS for localizing and the vibration for notifying a taxi arrival, thus it’s extremely secure.
How much does the app cost and how can I download it?The passenger app is free. By searching the taxi company’s name in App Store and Google Play, the app can be easily downloaded.
What data is needed to access the app and how long does it last to book a taxi?To access the app, only the name, phone number and pick up address are needed. The order itself lasts just a few seconds.
To what extend can I customize my order?You can choose from several types of cars (Sedan, Pickup, 4x4, Transportation vehicle), or optionals like air-conditioning, child car seats, travelling with your pet or if you want an English speaking driver. Additionally, using the voice chat option you can speak directly with the driver and thus, you’re able to send him other important details.
What happens if I forget a personal object in the car?If you have forgotten something, no need to worry. You can view the ride details, taxi id number and you can also call the dispatcher whenever you want.
What does the app provide compared to calling the dispatch?It provides ease of use. You have total control over the order, you can accept or reject drivers, can communicate directly with the driver, you get an approximate time arrival and you can also customize the order. Moreover, the app enables you to order a taxi even from noisy places that usually are not ideal for calling the dispatch.
How does the order customization system work?If a client selects a particular type of car (for example: Pick-up), only the drivers who own that specific type of car will be notified. If the client chooses a car with air-conditioning, the driver will be notified about that visually.
How much time do drivers have to receive an order?The answering time can be customized to fit your driver reaction time. It defaults to 20 sec.
What does it happen if a driver cannot arrive on time to pick up a customer?The driver can cancel the order anytime by pushing a button or calling the customer and inform him about that. Knowing what’s going on, the customer can call the dispatch or another taxi can be sent to him.
What does it happen if none of the drivers are able to receive the order?The orders that are not received by drivers are not lost, instead they are redirected to the dispatch, which will accept the order and choose a new taxi that is available.
Can drivers view other colleagues in traffic with the help of the app?Depending on the company’s policy, all the drivers can be displayed on map (those which have the app). By default the driver can see only his car on the map.
How difficult is it to use the app?We have developed a hassle-free and intuitive interface for all modules, so that even a new customer who is not familiar with the app can use it easily.
